PERSONNEL NEWS: Finally, I'm sure we'd all like to say a massive thank you to Bryan Laidlow who is stepping down as junior co-ordinator this year to concentrate on other Committee and Club responsibilities. Bryan has done a truly magnificent job, and under his watch we have seen talented young players climb through the system and stay within the game, which is what it's all about.
He's a modest man, but do pat him on the back and say thanks when you see him.
Bryan's replacement is the familiar face of James Bell, a hugely popular coach. Jimmy has spent the winter playing and coaching in New Zealand, so comes home full of fresh ideas and bags of commitment.
Please give him a big welcome and as much help as you can.
