We are delighted to announce our pre-season training schedules for both junior and senior members of the club.

There will be five consecutive sessions on Sundays, starting on February 24th, 2019, at the new Trinity Sports Hall, Carlisle.

U-11 coaching will run from 5pm to 6pm.

U-13 and U-15 training will be between 6pm and 7pm.

Senior nets will run for two hours, between 7pm and 9m.

Junior coaching will be led by fully qualified ECB coaches who are all fully DBS checked.  There will be a payment of £20-per-child.

Senior rates will be announced shortly.

Pre-season sessions are the ideal way to get your game in order before a new season and, most importantly, have fun.
